Move Freely – Ski Better – Ski for Life

The Miura Anti-Aging Adventure Academy is designed for skiers who want to continue improving, moving confidently and enjoying skiing for a lifetime.
Created and developed by Gota Miura through years of research, coaching and practical application, the academy focuses on anatomically correct skiing techniques that reduce unnecessary stress and strain on the body while unlocking greater freedom of motion, balance and efficiency on snow.
This Academy is about understanding how the body moves naturally, refining movement patterns and developing techniques that allow you to ski more fluidly, confidently and sustainably as the years progress.
Through carefully structured small-group coaching, we work on the fundamentals of movement before expanding into intermediate and advanced skiing techniques tailored to both the individual and group level. Throughout the program, personalised video analysis and feedback sessions help skiers better understand their movement, posture, biomechanics and technical development.
The academy is designed to:
Beyond technique, the program also explores the physical, physiological and mental aspects of skiing at an advanced age. Mindfulness, focus and mental approach are integrated into the experience, helping participants reconnect with movement, confidence and the joy of skiing itself.
A major highlight of the academy is an exclusive evening presentation and discussion with Gota Miura, whose philosophy and lifelong pursuit of movement, adventure and longevity has inspired skiers throughout Japan and beyond.
Set within the powder landscapes of Central Hokkaido, the experience combines premium ski coaching with authentic Japanese culture, forest snowshoeing, natural hot springs and the renowned culinary experiences of Asahikawa.
This is more than a ski program.
It is an opportunity to reset, learn, move better and embrace a way of skiing — and living — that can continue for a lifetime.
