The Process

We have our own Real Estate licence and if you are interested, we just need to do a quick verification and then we can send you:

  • You will naturally have questions, so we will set up a call to chat
  • If you decide to go ahead we will provide you with details that outline the process
  • Please contact us if you are interested
  • Once you decide to purchase, a 20% reservation deposit is required, 70% interim payment on DA (Aug 2026) and final 10% on completion of Civil Works in 2027

In addition to the purchase price, various taxes and other expenses will be charged at the time of final purchase.
The final amount will be made after the land is registered, but the following fees are generally required:

  • Fixed property tax
  • Registration and license tax
  • Transfer registration fee
  • Real estate acquisition tax
  • Contract handling fee

The total amount of these items is expected to be a minimum of around 2 million yen.
